Edmonton, Alberta, Canada—February 24, 2010—Marking a combined commitment to strong operations and strategic growth, PPM 2000, the global leader in Incident Reporting and Investigation Management software, announced today the appointment of Brian McIlravey and Elaine O'Sullivan as Co-CEOs. Having worked together as part of the company's senior management for over eight years, Brian and Elaine share a passion for PPM—the company, its people and its products—and a vision for the company's continued growth and success.

As Co-CEO, Strategy & Alliances, Brian McIlravey, CPP, will lead PPM’s strategic planning process and drive the company’s partnership opportunities. Most recently the Vice-President of Business Development and Professional Services, Brian established PPM’s consulting and training division and played a pivotal role in the design of Perspective, the company’s flagship software application. “Our vision of Perspective isn’t limited to a stand-alone product that sits unto its own but, instead, sees Perspective as an integrated mission-essential part of your security process. With our going forward strategy, our new leadership and our excellent staff, PPM is in a prime position to expand into new markets and business opportunities throughout the world. I am very excited to help lead PPM as we service our current clients, expand on and enhance our Perspective solution and, of course, take PPM into the next stage of our evolution.” Prior to joining PPM in November 2001, Brian was a police officer with the Waterloo Regional Police Service in Ontario, Canada and served as a Senior Investigator in the Corporate Crime Division of one of Canada’s largest private investigation firms. Brian is Board Certified in Security Management and an active member of ASIS International where he recently joined the Information Security Technology Council and is a member of the Toronto Chapter.

As President & Co-CEO, Elaine will follow Don Murphy who continues his involvement with PPM as a director and a shareholder. Leveraging her twenty years with PPM and her in-depth knowledge of every facet of the company, past and present, Elaine will drive operational cohesiveness to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity and effectiveness. Brought into the company as the Director of Marketing, and most recently the company’s Vice-President of Marketing & Communications, Elaine played a pivotal role in shaping the PPM 2000 and Perspective brands, establishing the company as one of the industry’s most recognized developers of Incident, Investigation and Case Management solutions. “I’ve watched the
industry evolve and our mandate change from showing people why they need Incident Management software to designing our solutions to meet recognized and business-critical requirements. It’s been an amazing journey so far, but I’ve never been more excited about our potential. We have an incredible team, a solid game plan and a true appreciation for our clients and the excellence in software and service they expect.”

Gerry McCracken, Chairman of PPM’s Board, commented, “I’ve been involved with PPM for almost 20 years, and I’ve never seen the company with more direction and vision. The team dynamic is solid, and the leadership that we’ve seen from Brian and Elaine over the past few months has successfully shaped the company for a new era of customer service, product innovation and company growth.”
