IRIMS to Perspective Transition

PPM released Perspective four years ago. At that time, we had reached a roadblock with IRIMS and needed to move in a new direction so that we could take advantage of the latest technology and incorporate the changing landscape of the security industry. For both of these reasons, Perspective isn’t IRIMS. They don’t share any code, and the architecture is completely different. Unlike IRIMS, however, Perspective was designed with the future in mind and is able to incorporate changing technology and new opportunities.
