PPM 2000’s Regional Training Sessions offer the answers you need in an interactive classroom setting that brings end-users together to learn, experience and master their Incident Management solutions.
With a maximum of twelve attendees per session, a dedicated hands-on computer lab and a certified Perspective trainer, our Regional Training Sessions offer a highly educational and interactive learning experience. Ideal for anyone who has not benefited from formal Perspective training… or for anyone in need of a quick refresher… Regional Training is the next best thing to bringing a Perspective trainer onsite.
Introduction to Perspective
(2-Day Session)
Starting at the top, you will learn about basic set-up and administration. Delving into the behind-the-scenes world of workgroups, access rights, labels and lookups, you will gain a solid understanding of these components and the logic behind them. Moving on to data entry, you will learn the most efficient ways to navigate your system (including shortcuts!). You will also explore the importance of relationships (between incidents, investigations, people, etc.) and how best to continuously monitor incidents and their follow-up investigations. The final part of the training covers system outputs—from quick searches, to in-depth analyses, to routine report generation. You will learn how to find the information you need, and you will discover the multitude of options for illustrating your results.
